STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- The Boards of Directors of Pohjola Bank and Pohjola Finance said Tuesday they have approved a plan, whereby Pohjola Finance ( formerly K-Finance) will merge with its parent company by Sep. 30, 2008.
